1 Data Controller
The data controller responsible for the personal information of all registered players on 65 BMW is the operating entity behind 65bmw.best. As data controller, 65 BMW determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in accordance with Philippine law.

- KYC documents: Retained for five years after your account is closed or your last transaction, whichever is later.
- Support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.
- Marketing preferences and opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to honour your marketing preferences and protect against re-enrolment without consent.
- Technical logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud investigation purposes.
When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to any individual. If you request deletion of your data under your Data Privacy Act rights and no legal retention obligation applies, we will process the request within 30 days.
9 Data Security Measures
