Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms will help you read the rest of this document clearly and without ambiguity.
- "65 BMW" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to the online gaming service operated at 65bmw.best and all associated services.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 65 BMW platform or who accesses the website in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a player upon successful completion of the sign-up process on 65 BMW.
- "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's 65 BMW account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
- "Bonus Balance" refers to funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Eligibility
To open and maintain an account on 65 BMW, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines and will be strictly enforced by 65 BMW.

- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated are not permitted to register.
Underage gambling is a serious offence. If 65 BMW discovers that a minor has registered or played on the platform, the account will be immediately closed, all funds confiscated, and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Parents and guardians are urged to keep their login credentials secure.

Account Registration
Registration on 65 BMW is free. To create an account you will be asked to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and kept up to date.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 65 BMW. If you already have an existing account — whether active, dormant, or previously closed — you may not register a new one without prior written approval from our compliance team. Circumventing this rule to claim multiple bonuses is considered fraud and will result in permanent banning.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 65 BMW will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — regardless of who actually performed it — is your responsibility. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on 65 BMW are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
65 BMW currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposits are processed in real time for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one hour during peak banking hours.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. GCash and Maya cashouts typically clear within 10–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name — no third-party transfers are permitted.
65 BMW does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees incurred are on the side of your payment provider and are not within our control. We recommend checking with your bank or e-wallet provider if you notice deductions beyond your expected amount.
65 BMW reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000, or where the transaction is flagged by our anti-money laundering systems. This is a standard regulatory requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

Bonuses and Promotions
65 BMW offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the general bonus conditions at 65 BMW are as follows: bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn; only one bonus may be active at a time; bonuses expire after the time period specified in the individual promotion terms; and bonuses are available to one account per household.
Wagering requirements on 65 BMW are calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the deposit), unless the promotion explicitly states a combined deposit-plus-bonus calculation. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page before you accept it.

65 BMW strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (known as "bonus hunting"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated group wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in any of these behaviours will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently excluded from future promotional eligibility.

Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on 65 BMW use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, genuine physical dealing processes monitored in real time. Game outcomes are not influenced or manipulated by 65 BMW, game providers, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are independently verified and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session results.
Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game. If you encounter a technical error that results in an unusual outcome — including any unexpectedly large win — you must report it to our support team immediately. 65 BMW reserves the right to void any bets or winnings that arose directly from a technical malfunction or software error, regardless of the amount involved.
Collusion between players — including coordinating bets in live dealer games or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited. The use of automated software, bots, or any external tools to gain an advantage on the 65 BMW platform is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Suspension and Closure
65 BMW reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; providing false registration information; creating multiple accounts; underage gambling; and any conduct that the team reasonably believes threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds and bonus balances — may be permanently forfeited depending on the severity and nature of the breach. 65 BMW will conduct a fair review of all suspended accounts and provide findings to the player within a reasonable timeframe. Players who believe a suspension has been made in error may submit a formal dispute through our support channel.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 65 BMW platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logo, game graphics, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 65 BMW or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 65 BMW content without explicit written authorisation. This includes the unauthorised use of game screenshots, the 65 BMW logo, or any promotional assets for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior approval.

Privacy and Data
65 BMW collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on 65 BMW, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact support to submit a data rights request.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 65 BMW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, third-party payment provider delays, or actions taken under Section 8 of these Terms.
65 BMW does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. During maintenance periods, access to games, account functions, or withdrawal services may be temporarily unavailable. The platform will not compensate players for time lost or opportunities missed during legitimate maintenance windows.
Gambling involves financial risk. 65 BMW does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

Amendments to These Terms
65 BMW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where operationally feasible.
The most current version of the Terms will always be published at 65bmw.best/terms-conditions with an updated effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the 65 BMW platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 65 BMW platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
65 BMW operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant regulatory bodies. Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting our internal dispute resolution process may escalate to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
